1. Learn “His / Her / Its” in Turkish.

2. Read the sentences.

Onun adı Ali. His name is Ali.

Onun babası bir doktor. His father is a doctor.

Onun evi Taksim’de. His house is in Taksim.

3. Read the sentences.

The possessive adjectives take suffixes. The suffix for «onun» is «– (s) i / ü / ı / u».

Onun adı Ali. His name is Ali.

Onun babası bir doktor. His father is a doctor.

Onun evi Taksim’de. His house is in Taksim.

Sometimes we add buffer letters (i, s, y) to the suffixes. If the last letter of the word is a vowel, add the buffer «s» to the suffix.
