Talking About Weekend Plans in Turkish

  • Yarın Cumartesi. Yarın işe gidecek misin? Tomorrow is Saturday. Are you going to go to work tomorrow?
  • Hayır, gitmeyeceğim. No, I'm not.
  • Alışveriş yapacak mısın? Are you going to do the shopping?
  • Evet, yapacağım. Yes, I am.
  • Akşam dışarı çıkacak mısın? Are you going to go out in the eveninf?
  • Belki çıkacağım. Henüz bilmiyorum. Maybe I am going to go out. I don't know yet.
  • Pazar ne yapacaksın? What are you going to do on Sunday?
  • Pazar günü arkadaşlarla buluşacağım. I am going to meet my friends.
  • Kimle buluşacaksın? Who are you going to meet?
  • Deniz’le buluşacağım. I am going to meet Deniz.
  • Nereye gideceksiniz? Where are you going to go?
  • Taksim’e gideceğiz. We are going to go to Taksim.
  • Taksim’de ne yapacaksınız? What are you going to do in Taksim?
  • Yemek yiyeceğiz, bir kafeye gidip çay kahve içip sohbet edeceğiz. We are goign to eat food, go to a cafe, drink coffee and chat.
  • Sinemaya gidecek misiniz? Are you going to go to the cinema?
  • Hayır, gitmeyeceğiz. Belki tiyatroya gideceğiz. No, we aren't. We are going to go to the theater.
  • Sen yarın işe gidecek misin? Are you going to go to work tomorrow?
  • Evet, gideceğim. Öğleye kadar çalışacağım. Yes, I am. I am going to work until noon.
  • Ondan sonra ne yapacaksın? What are you going to do after?
  • Bir planım yok. Önce eve gidip yemek yiyeceğim. Sonra ne yapacağım, bilmiyorum. I don't have a plan. First I am going to go home and eat lunch. I don't know what I am going to do after.
  • Pazar ne yapacaksın? What are you going to do on Sunday?
  • Pazar bütün gün evde olacağım, çünkü evde yapacak çok işim var. I am going to be at home all day on Sunday, because I have a lot to do at home.
