To ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for both of us, please read the following terms carefully before booking your lessons.

ONLINE TURKISH CLASSES BY DEM TURKISH CENTER

Lesson Duration

Each online lesson lasts 60 minutes.

Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time.

If you join late, the lesson will still finish at the original end time.

Booking Policy

• Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• All lessons are subject to availability.
• Purchased lesson hours must be used within 3 months from the date of payment.

Unused lessons after this period are considered completed, unless the delay is caused by the teacher.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens — We understand. However, mutual respect for time is essential.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson.
• Lessons cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled.
• Lessons cancelled without notice (or less than 24 hours before) are considered completed.

If a student does not attend a lesson without prior notice, the teacher will wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the lesson will be marked as completed.

Teacher Cancellation

In the rare case that I need to cancel a lesson:

• You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
• The lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
• If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the lesson, a full refund for that lesson will be provided.

Age Requirement

Minimum age for enrollment: 18 years old.

Learning Materials

As part of your grammar & conversation support lessons, you will receive:

• Turkish Grammar Workbooks (PDF + Audio) for grammar sessions
• Speak Turkish Today (PDF + Audio) for conversation sessions

These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

Professional Environment

These are structured, focused grammar & conversation sessions.

A stable internet connection and a quiet learning environment are strongly recommended to ensure the best experience.
